Lemon water Juice in the morning
One of the best things you can put into your body in the morning is lemon water! Water is essential for great health. Lemon is amazing by itself in many ways. So when we put 2 and 2 together here, it equals= ayyy amazing health benefits. My favorite part about lemon water is that you're not adding a bunch of sugar to your drink in the morning. Water by itself is boring- even more so in the morning! Lemon juice by itself isn't delightful either. These two go together like peanut butter and jelly, ketchup and mustard & Obama and debt! Lemon and water baby! Simple, quick, refreshing, and you might just get to enjoy some of these ayymazing benefits:

I prefer to blend my lemons to get all of the whole food benefits, but some mornings I'm just in a hurry, so this does the job with no mess!
