Lime-Ginger-MINT-Juice2 limes- peeled, little bit of peel okay (like shown) but not needed
Handful of mint leaves Water- 3 cups Slice of ginger- comparable to a quarter Sweetener: anything you'd like (here half TBSP of Kiva Stevia is used) ICE to keep cold when on high-speeds Put all ingredients in, EXCEPT SWEETENER, blend (ON HIGH) for a while until you get a consistency that's okay. I like a little bit of tiny ginger and lime particle consistency in this drink, so I only blend 30-45 seconds (blend longer and don't add lime peel if you want absolutely no particles). Once blended, add sweetener in at end on a slow speed. Taste, add more sweetener if you desire, or more water if it's too strong. Easy Tartar SauceIngredients:
Cup of Mayo (which could also be made in a blender) About 4 pickles Slice of onion Salt and Pepper Turn machine on a slow- to medium speed (variable speed 4-5 with a Vitamix) Drop in onion, pickles, a dash of white vinegar or apple-cider vinegar if can be added later when you stir). Bang container upside down on cutting board. Put mayo in bowl, add any seasonings/ vinegar you prefer. Added chopped ingredients last and stir. Makes cup and a half of fresh, addicting tartar sauce!
