 I've been experimenting with supplementing for literally the last decade. For every single supplement listed below, I have purchased them on my own with my own money. This is important to note, because a lot of times companies will send free supplements for reviews. Though I have been sent items to try as well, the following are 100% purchased on my own, and they have made my cut.  For example, I have purchased 5 different probiotic supplements over the last 2 years to help aid with my digestive issues. The one that truly worked for me (and worked for others who I recommended it to) will be posted below- the other 4 are disregarded since they didn't work, or work as well. If 2 different supplements work great or appeal to a different type of person (for example, gluten free or vegan) I will post if they make the cut.
