Blueberry-Ginger Cream
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 apple
1 cup of blueberries or more to taste
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup spinach
1 thick slice ginger
1/2 banana
1 cup ice
Side notes: No dominant flavors: Light blueberry, light ginger flavor. Not sugary. More ideal for adults.
Instructions:
Blend on high for about a minute. Makes 2-3 servings. *Recipe requires a high-powered blender!
